Outdoor Bootcamp

Our outdoor bootcamps are exactly the way they should be: intense, tough but a lot of fun! It’s a mixture of high intensity interval and circuit training, designed to strip fat, build muscle, strengthen the core but most of all, find out what you’re made of! Our instructors are there to push you to the limit… So the question is – do you have what it takes?

Outdoor Fitness

Outdoor fitness is a class to test your strength and fitness levels, using circuit training, functional training, timed exercises, body weights and cardiovascular endurance. This is a great way to get outdoors, hit your goals and be part of a team!

Running Club

Our outdoor running club is a great way to experience nature while burning off those calories! We take a beautiful scenic route down the River Ribble, surrounded by trees, fresh air and great people by your side.

Circuit Class

Circuit class is a fast-paced class designed to strip body fat and build muscular definition, using body weights, functional training and timed exercises in a rotation. This class is great for getting into shape in a short space of time!

Core Class

Designed to test your core strength, this class will target abs, flab’s and everything else in-between!

Indoor CrossFIT

Like cardio and weight training? This class is perfect for you! Using barbells, kettle bells and dumbbells mixed with running, rowing and a ‘ready to take on the world’ mindset, this class will improve your strength and fitness, drastically!

Junior's Boxing Class

Get your young champions moving and building confidence in our Junior’s Boxing Class. Designed for kids, this high-energy class combines fitness and fun, teaching boxing skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Adult's Boxing Class

Unleash your inner fighter and boost your fitness in our Adult’s Boxing Class. Develop your boxing techniques, improve your strength, and enhance your cardio endurance while working up a sweat with our expert trainers.

Adult's MMA Class

Experience the thrill of mixed martial arts in our Adult’s MMA Class. Learn a blend of striking and grappling techniques, build strength and agility, and challenge yourself both mentally and physically in a motivating group setting.

CrossFIT Camps

Like cardio and weight training? Our camps is perfect for you! Using barbells, kettle bells and dumbbells mixed with running, rowing and a ‘ready to take on the world’ mindset, this class will improve your strength and fitness, drastically!

CLASS FAQs

You can find a list of classes above. Simply click the class you’d like to book, choose the date and time and fill out the required information. If you aren’t a TeamFresh member, select non-member at the top of the information panel.

Log into your account in the member area to view your classes. Here, you can cancel, change or rebook classes. You can also access your account in our TeamFresh member app which you can download from the App Store.

Our outdoor classes mainly take place on the London Road BMX track, just behind the fitness gym. The Running Club takes a scenic route up the River Ribble and back to the fitness gym.

Anyone is able to book a class with us! When you sign up to a class, you should receive an email asking you to create an account. We recommend you do this to save you time in future when booking online or via our app!

We do, however, offer some classes for free with all of our TeamFresh memberships. You can browse our memberships here.
